Soft rain sounds

Soft rain vs. gentle rain

Sleepy Noise has two quiet rains. Gentle Rain is free and generated live, about 2,600 synthesized drops a minute, so it never repeats. Soft Rainfall is a real recording, with the small irregularities of actual weather.

Some people hear the difference right away and some don't. Try the free one first; if it sounds too even, this is the one to want.

Part of Rain & Storms

Soft Rainfall is one of four sounds in Rain & Storms, with Rain & Rolling Thunder, Distant Storm and Thunderstorm. All four come with Sleepy Noise Lifetime. This page plays a 25-second preview.
